William S. Hein & Co., Inc. communicates important new information to customers via our three Company list-servs.


Customer Service

Hein's Customer Service list-serv provides customers with the latest updates on the various serial and subscription titles that they purchase through William S. Hein & Co., Inc.

Twice each month (usually on the 1st and 15th), customers receive a message informing them of price changes, expected due dates, publication status changes, title changes, and other important issues as they affect these publications. We also keep customers informed of any urgent issues regarding billing, policy changes, recent shipments, and any other matters as they affect them.

Marketing

Customers on Hein's Marketing list-serv receive an e-mail once per week providing them with information on our featured titles for that week. This message includes a direct link to our Weekly Featured Titles section, where customers can view a detailed brochure for each title, as well as sample pages from many of these books.

An added bonus to being a member of Hein's Marketing list-serv is that we send out special offers exclusively to our list-serv customers offering discounts on certain titles.

HeinOnline

Stay up-to-date with the latest happenings in HeinOnline by joining the HeinOnline list-serv, which we utilize to announce the latest releases and enhancements to HeinOnline. Messages are sent 2-3 times each month and include detailed, easy-to-read lists of all the contents added, as well as information on any new or forthcoming library modules and system improvements.
