Orders for Hein-published and distributed materials can be placed through our online catalog, email or regular mail at the address listed below.
When placing your order, please supply your current Hein account number (if known), as well as your purchase order number (if applicable). For new customers, we reserve the right to require prepayment at the time of your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as bank checks in U.S. funds from a U.S. financial institution. Once your institution has a well-established business relationship with our company, we may extend open credit at our discretion.
All prices found in our website catalog and in our brochures and paper catalogs are in U.S. dollars net. Shipping and handling charges are additional, and New York, Colorado, and GST taxes, where applicable, will be added to your order.
In most instances, orders are processed and ready for shipment within 10 business days. Unless otherwise requested at the time of your order, we will ship using a major carrier such as UPS, FedEx, United States Postal Service, or DHL. Rush requests are available for an additional charge.
