This is a legal case book intended for a law school elective class offered to second and third year law students. A secondary audience would be military schools, such as the U.S. Air Force Academy, which includes legal courses for pilots. Another audience would be paralegal schools. The chapters deal with such issues as the authority of the Federal Aviation Administration, Aircraft Accident Investigation and Land Use issues surrounding airports.
